We vet Network Professionals based on:

- Commitment to first-time buyer education
- Customer service standards
Important Disclaimers About Network Professionals
Network Professionals are independent contractors, NOT employees or agents of Just Home Leads. They operate under their own licenses, insurance, and business practices.
- No Guarantee: While we screen our Network Professionals, we cannot guarantee their performance, quality of service, or results
- Your Choice: You are never obligated to use a Network Professional—you're free to work with anyone you choose
- Direct Relationship: Any agreement you enter with a Network Professional is between you and them directly
- Due Diligence: We encourage you to do your own research and ask questions before working with any professional
Compensation Disclosure
We may receive compensation from Network Professionals when you connect with them through our Services. This is how we're able to provide free educational content. This compensation does not increase the cost of services you receive, and we disclose this relationship in the spirit of transparency.
4 User Responsibilities

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Home Leads and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your interactions with Network Professionals
- Any content you submit to our Services

You may stop using our Services at any time. If you have an account, you may request account deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our Services ends immediately
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 5-8, 10)
10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction
